Casual Commercial Cleaner
Commercial/Residential Building - Perth/Highgate Area
We have an urgent position available for an experienced commercial cleaner to work 2.5 hours per morning starting at 6:00 am Monday – Friday weekly. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Vacuuming and mopping tiled floors
Vacuuming carpeted hallways
Toilet cleaning
Inventory and re-stocking of consumables
Blow/sweep carpark and driveway
Bin management
Other duties as required
Casual Cleaner & Yard Maintenance Person
Community Shopping Centre - Bibra Lake
Reasonably fit and healthy casual cleaner required to maintain small shopping village south of Perth. You will be required to work the following hours:
Mon – 5:30 – 7:30 am + 1 hour to bring bins back in;
Wed – 5:30 – 7:30 am
Fri – 5:30 – 7:30 am Experience is preferred but not essential as we will train the right candidate. Duties include
Bin and waste management duties
Sweeping/blowing pathways and carparks
Cleaning 2 wc’s
Bin Handler
Various Locations around CBD & Western Suburbs.
Reasonably fit and healthy person to go around to several buildings and either take the bins out and place on the verge for collection or bring empty bins back in and place neatly in the bin compound. Ideally this role would suit a Uni student or someone seeking around 1 or 2 hours work a day. Hours can be flexible and no experience is required – just common sense.
Own car or motor bike required and current drivers licence.

Ideally you will be:
SELF MOTIVATED – you can proactively manage your time and work to provide services that are of a high standard, either on a solo basis or within a team.
EXPERIENCE -previous experience is desirable, however, if you can indicate that you have a strong work ethic & attention to detail then we will train you.
COMMUNICATION – you’ll have no problem communicating status updates and reporting issues verbally and via your smartphone.
ATTITUDE – you’ll leverage your can-do service attitude, honesty and reliability to contribute to our teams ongoing success.
AGILE – this is physical work and you will be physically agile and in good health with no existing injuries/conditions that could impact on your ability to work.

Essential Criteria
Essential criteria that you need to meet:
Willingness to obtain vaccinations if required.
National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
Current ‘C’ Class Drivers licence; your own car & a smart phone.
