Casual Commercial Cleaner – Subiaco & West Perth
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping premium residential buildings spotless and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, lifts, and shared spaces
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Flat mop external walkways
• Empty bins and replace liners
• Clean glass, walls, and fixtures as required
• Disinfect high-touch points such as lift buttons, handrails, and doors
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of general or commercial cleaning experience, however we will train the right candidate.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Valid right to work in Australia
• Driver’s licence and vehicle

Grounds & Carpark Cleaner – Casual Role
This hands-on role involves maintaining the outdoor areas of premium residential buildings across Subiaco, West Perth, and Wembley. You’ll be responsible for keeping the common areas clean, tidy, and safe. This includes carparks, gardens, pathways, and pool areas. You’ll work independently to maintain the high standards our residents and clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, blow, and tidy outdoor spaces and carparks
• Remove leaves, litter, and debris from common areas
• Perform light gardening: trimming, weeding, and watering
• Conduct minor pool skimming and cleaning tasks
• Inspect and report any hazards or maintenance issues
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in groundskeeping, yard maintenance, or property services – training provided to the right candidate
• Confident using outdoor tools and equipment (blower, vacuum, hand tools)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor manual work
• Current (or willing to obtain) National Police Clearance
• Valid right to work in Australia
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
