  • Previous experience in general or commercial cleaning
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail
  • Police clearance required
  • Must provide valid right to work documentation

We’re a well-established property services business seeking an experienced and reliable grounds maintenance person to service residential apartment buildings in Subiaco and North Coogee.

🛠️ 3–4 hours per day, 2 days per week
📍 Work across Subiaco & North Coogee locations

Duties include:

  • Clearing rubbish, leaves, and dust from carparks and common areas
  • Minor pool cleaning tasks
  • Blow/vac and sweeping of external grounds
  • Minor gardening and general outdoor upkeep

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping, yard or property maintenance
  • Physically fit and able to work independently
