Commercial Cleaning Subiaco

Subiaco is a low rise urban village with a very high share of apartments. At the 2021 census 41.7 per cent of dwellings were flats or apartments, against a state average of 6.5 per cent, which is why strata work makes up most of what we do here.

Rokeby Road is the main street with Hay Street the other commercial spine, and around both there are apartments above shops, offices and small mixed use buildings. King Edward Memorial Hospital and St John of God Subiaco Hospital bring consulting rooms and allied health practices with them. Away from the commercial streets there are older walk up blocks and Victorian terraces on streets such as Catherine Street.

Around Rokeby Road and the Crossways precinct there are apartments above shops, which means a foyer and a lift shared by residents and by a business with a shopfront on the street. The hospitals bring a second kind of work again, in consulting rooms and allied health suites that run to their own hours. Away from the commercial streets the older walk up blocks and terraces sit on quiet residential roads and need a different schedule entirely.

Parking around Rokeby Road and the Crossways precinct is tight through trading hours, so buildings in that pocket are scheduled early or late and the cleaner parking is worked out before the first visit. Mixed use buildings need the retail and residential waste streams kept apart, and the shared entry cleaned more often than resident numbers alone would suggest. For residential complexes we avoid the busiest parts of the day in foyers and lifts.
