Commercial Cleaning Cottesloe

Most of our work in Cottesloe is the common property of apartment buildings between the beach and the railway line, along with the shops and offices around Jarrad and Station streets.

Cottesloe buildings take more weather than most. Salt carries a long way in off the water and settles on glass, balustrades, door hardware and light fittings, so windows and stainless need attention more often than the same building would inland. Sand comes in through foyers and lifts from the beach end of the suburb.

Cottesloe splits roughly into three. West of the railway and closest to the water are the apartment buildings with a direct line to the beach, and they carry the most salt and sand. Around Jarrad and Station streets there are shops, offices and small mixed use buildings. Further east the blocks are quieter and more sheltered. With the town scheme now allowing buildings up to five storeys along Marine Terrace, more complexes here have lifts and enclosed common areas than used to be the case.

Summer changes everything in Cottesloe. Foot traffic through foyers goes up, outdoor common areas get used every day rather than occasionally, and parking near the beach disappears from mid morning. We schedule beachside buildings early and lift the frequency on entry points and outdoor areas over the warmer months rather than running one cycle all year. Where a complex has short stay or holiday letting, the common areas take more wear than the owner numbers suggest.
